Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit 1.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% (or agreed amount) is required to secure the booking date for the video shoot. 1.2 The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 2.1 Cancellations on the day of the scheduled shoot will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. 2.2 The Client may request to reschedule the shoot one (1) time without penalty, subject to availability. 2.3 Any additional rescheduling (2nd time) will result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required. 3. Agreement & Acknowledgement By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated in this Agreement.
